Brand Ambassador: Anneliese Brosch
Anneliese Brosch is our fourth brand ambassador and quite the renaissance woman. As a yoga teacher, SUP yoga instructor, co-owner of Cape Ann SUP (a storefront/boutique and SUP rentals/tours), marketing manager and real estate agent, she would inspire anyone to follow any - or all - of their dreams.

Q: What is your occupation?
Anneliese: As many people do these days, I have my hands, feet and mind wrapped up in several “occupations.” I am delighted to say that I am a Yoga & SUP Yoga teacher, Co-owner of Cape Ann SUP, a marketing manager, real estate sales person and a proud dog mom.
Q: What or who inspired you to become a yoga teacher?
Anneliese: After playing competitive sports through college, I was drawn to the non-competitive nature of yoga. At first, like most, I was drawn to the physical changes- the increased flexibility and strength. But after just a few classes, I knew there was so much more to the practice. One of my teachers encouraged me to take a teacher training and, since then, my life has completely changed. I’m continuously learning, both as a teacher and as a student. Every “Aha!” moment is like peeling off a really thick sweater and finding a deeper (more comfortable) layer.
Q: How do you describe what you do and what do you love most about it?
Anneliese: I help guide people to a deeper level of connection, both physical and spiritual, with themselves and others. How? Understanding. You never know what mindset people are going to be in when they enter your class. With understanding and compassion, I try to build trust and encourage students to be present. With trust and presence they can move toward connection.
Q: When you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, what gives you peace?
Anneliese: A walk in the woods or on the beach. Nature always helps draw my attention to the bigger picture.
Q: What are your hobbies or passions other than being a fitness leader?
Anneliese: Paddleboarding, baking and interior decorating. I’m pretty sure I rearrange my apartment and Cape Ann SUP on a bi-weekly basis.
Q: How would you describe your personal Style?
Anneliese: Yoga pants every. damn. day.
Q: Why did you want to be an ambassador for Crane & Lion?
Anneliese: I found Crane & Lion while I was looking for locally made/designed inventory to sell at Cape Ann SUP. After getting the first shipment in and trying wearing it for a few days, I knew I wanted to be a part of this. The quality is amazing and the fit is on-point. Not to mention, you won’t pop out of the tops after 3-4 vinyasas. Per my “clothing style” above, they have made yoga pants/clothes look acceptable in almost any situation so, needless to say, I’M IN!
