Q: What is your occupation?

Meagan: I am the founder of Supta Yoga Nantucket, a community oriented yoga studio on Nantucket Island.

Q: What or who inspired you to become an instructor and why?

Meagan: Many people inspired to teach but it was the change I observed within myself that led me to my initial teacher training.

Q: How do you describe what you do and what do you love most about it?

Meagan: I help others to connect to their bodies and breath hopefully bringing them more consciously into the present moment. I love being connected and interacting with others, I am grateful to be able to observe the expansion and freedom that comes from practice and commitment.

Q: When you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, what gives you peace?

Meagan: My breath and my dog.

 

Q: What are your hobbies or passions other than your job?

Meagan: Travel

Meagan: Casual but classic
